Utah Paintball Supply Shipping Policy
At Utah Paintball Supply, we work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Most in-stock orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship using USPS. The carrier selected will depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed during normal business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking Information
When available, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and retain all packaging materials. If a shipment is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
